Prime Service runs from the start of your cover through to year six, parts and labour, with no gap in year three where the standard warranty falls short.

Your rights are untouched
Prime Service is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. It never reduces or replaces them.
How it works
Register
Create an account and register your TOTO product with proof of purchase.
Activate
Your standard warranty activates immediately. Eligible products can be upgraded to Prime Service cover.
Claim
If something goes wrong, submit a claim online and our team will handle the rest.
